Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Utilize basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting clients’ needs professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Make product recommendations to customers.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multitask by managing product production while engaging with clients.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while following all company policies.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Have dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Perform tasks such as reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Perform cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
