Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients by building relationships and understanding their needs, making product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by managing product production while engaging with clients.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, while following all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to perform various physical movements such as reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Performing makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
