Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally.
• Engage with clients, building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by managing product production and engaging with clients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, upholding all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 lbs.
