Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Have basic computer skills and knowledge.
2. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met professionally.
3. Engage with clients effectively by building good relationships and understanding their needs.
4. Make product recommendations.
5. Maintain minimum sales requirements.
6. Multitask efficiently, juggling product production and client engagement.
7. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
8. Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

1. Stand and walk for long periods.
2. Be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
3. Have dexterity of hands and fingers.
4. Lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.
5. Perform activities such as walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
6. Perform cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
