Responsibilities include customer service, product recommendations, maintaining the Makery and retail areas, teamwork in a fast-paced setting, and meeting sales expectations while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with all clients, building relationships and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and engage new clients as they arrive.
• Assist with cleaning Makery and retail areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities
