Job summary

Buff City Soap is seeking a Soap Maker/Retail Associate for a part-time role at our Makery and retail space with a high-energy team, where your ideas and effort are valued. You will greet customers, recommend products, assist with production, maintain inventory, and help keep the store clean while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will also participate in training opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting clients' needs.

• Maintain minimum sales requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.

• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Ability to perform makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
