Buff City Soap Franchise in the United States is seeking energetic team members to assist customers and share product recommendations in a fast-paced Makery environment. You’ll engage with clients, build relationships, meet their needs, and help them choose products.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge required.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with clients, build relationships and meet their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multitask—production and retail as clients arrive and depart.

Responsibilities
