Boyne Resorts’ Summit at Snoqualmie seeks a SnowSports Supervisor to lead staff, schedule instructors, and coordinate payroll and training. You will drive program excellence, mentor team members, and align operations with guest demand to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
You will oversee onboarding, performance evaluations, and data-driven staffing decisions while collaborating with managers to maintain high service standards in a dynamic mountain environment.
The SnowSports Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting the full guest journey - from arrival through post-lesson follow-up - while maintaining operational excellence across The Summit's SnowSports School. This role is responsible for staff supervision, instructor scheduling, operational training and development, and program execution, along with administrative support for payroll, evaluations, product fulfillment, and seasonal processes. Success is measured through team performance, guest satisfaction, and the overall health of the SnowSports operation.
Come work and play at Seattle's home mountain, the Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.

The wage range for this positions is: from $27.70-28.65/hr DOE
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
