Job summary

PSIA-AASI Western Region is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and guest service support for the Snowsports School. You will be the primary contact for guests, instructors, and leadership, manage lesson scheduling, registrations, and sales, and maintain records.

Working with the Director of Education and Supervisory team, you will promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement, ensuring a welcoming environment and accurate reporting while handling

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of students.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with professionalism and friendliness.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and management teams.
• Perform lesson booking sales transactions using a POS system and process payments.
• Maintain organized records and prepare daily sales reports for accounting.
• Support scheduling of customers and instructors for Snowsports School lessons and programs.
