Job Title: Snowsports Assistant Supervisor
Reports to: Snowsports Manager
Wage: DOE
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
If you love powder days, leadership moments, and seeing people light up when they find their edge - this job is for you. As the Snowsports Assistant Manager, you’re part coach, part problem-solver, and part mountain magic-maker. You’ll help run the daily operations of the Snowsports School, mentor instructors, create unforgettable guest experiences, and keep the stoke high for both your team and our guests. You’ll lead with passion, laugh often, and make sure every lesson - from the first turn to the final high-five - feels like the best day ever.
You’ll be moving - a lot. Standing, skiing, walking, lifting, shoveling, helping little shredders gear up, and keeping the slopes safe. You’ll need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside in all weather. Reasonable accommodations will be made as needed.
Mostly outside - where the air is crisp, the views are unbeatable, and the snow might just fall sideways. Expect exposure to cold, wind, and sunshine - sometimes all in the same hour. The noise? Mostly laughter, music, and the occasional "Wooohooo!" echoing down the hill. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, inclusion, and good vibes - because at Red Lodge Mountain, we don’t just work on the mountain. We live it.
