Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners seeks a Snowmaking Supervisor at Arizona Snowbowl. As the primary operational partner, you will lead crews in daily snow production, ensuring top quality and safety standards throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with snowmaking systems, and the ability to perform under challenging weather conditions. This position requires a combination of technical skill and the ability to mentor and guide a team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 3-5 years of on-hill snowmaking experience.
• 2-4 years of knowledge of pump operations and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise snowmaking crews during assigned shifts to ensure snow production.
• Lead shift handoffs and communicate production priorities.
• Provide direct supervision and leadership during production periods.
