Stratton Resort is seeking a Snowmaking Controller for a full‑time seasonal role in Stratton, VT. The position focuses on manually and remotely controlling pumping and compressed air systems to maximize snow production, with duties in the control room and occasional field travel.

Starting wage is $23.00/hour. Recruitment continues through December; benefits and pass programs are available for eligible employees at Stratton.

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs; report issues to management.
• Travel to remote pumping stations during shifts.

This position spends most of their time working indoors. This is a full-time seasonal role.
