Vail Resorts, Inc. is hiring for winter 2026/27 for roles including Cooks, Drivers, Instructors and more. Join our mountain team and enjoy high compensation, free passes and lessons, discounts, and a strong training culture.

Positions are winter seasonal with both full-time and part-time hours. Housing is available and applications are accepted on a rolling basis until December 15th or when filled.

Competenze

• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skill.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.

• Operate all snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate all vehicles, including snowmobiles, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance.
• Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
