Job summary

Vail Resorts in Minnesota is hiring for a Winter Seasonal Snowmaking role. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available for the 2026/2027 season. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, fluent English, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Working outdoors in alpine conditions, you will operate snowmaking equipment, drive related vehicles, and help maintain equipment to ensure optimal snow quality for guests.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in alpine conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate all snowmaking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate vehicles including snowmobiles when required.
• Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to producing the best skiing surface for guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Operate all snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
