Regional Finance is seeking a Senior Director, Data and Analytics Transformation to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and AI-enabled analytics across the organization. The role drives a Snowflake-based platform, builds a high-performing team, and partners with executives to ensure data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidate blends deep technical fluency in SQL/Python with executive presence, financial services domain knowledge, and a proven record of large-scale data transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Math/Stats, Data Science or related field.
• 12+ years in data/analytics roles with 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven enterprise-scale data/analytics transformation experience.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience with modern BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma).
• Cloud data platforms experience, preferably Snowflake.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to reporting and automation.
• Financial services experience with strong metrics understanding.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year AI-first data and analytics transformation strategy.
• Modernize reporting to automated, self-service, AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop business cases quantifying ROI, risk reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Lead governance and data quality across enterprise data assets.
• Oversee enterprise data warehouse development, planning, and testing.
• Partner with finance, risk, compliance and IT to ensure scalable platform.
• Build reusable analytics skills, docs, and agent-based productivity tools.
• Provide leadership to managers, analysts, and analytics engineers.
