Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a Snowflake Platform Administrator in Raritan, NJ, onsite. The role focuses on platform administration, security, user/role management, and performance optimization to ensure reliable data operations.

The candidate will manage Snowflake accounts, RBAC, SSO, monitoring, and data governance while coordinating with engineering and application teams to resolve issues and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Must have Snowflake administration experience.
• Experience with SQL, RBAC, security, performance tuning, monitoring.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with scripting/automation using Python or Shell is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Snowflake accounts, users, roles, warehouses, databases, and security.
• Manage RBAC, access controls, SSO, and data security policies.
• Monitor Snowflake performance, usage, and costs; optimize warehouses and queries.
• Support data loading, integrations, and connectivity with cloud/data tools.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with engineering and application teams.
• Implement backup, recovery, governance, and platform best practices.
