Job summary

Abotts Inc. is seeking an experienced Snowflake Administrator to manage and optimize our Snowflake Data Cloud environment. You will oversee accounts, databases, schemas, warehouses, roles, and users, while enforcing RBAC and secure access protocols such as SSO and MFA.

The role requires hands-on Snowflake administration, performance tuning, and cost control across cloud platforms. As part of the Data Platform team, you will collaborate with Data Engineers and Developers to ensure data

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Snowflake administration or cloud data platform operations.
Hands-on experience administering Snowflake environments and managing security, access, and governance.
Strong SQL skills and ability to troubleshoot database queries.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Snowflake environments, including accounts, databases, schemas, warehouses, roles, and users.
Implement RBAC and least-privilege access controls; manage SSO and MFA as applicable.
Monitor performance, sizing, and costs; optimize warehouses and data sharing.
Support data loading, unloading, and integration with Data Engineering teams.
Maintain security, governance, and compliance by monitoring access and audits.
