Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Snowflake dbt Developer to join its IT team to design and extend our production data pipelines. You will build dbt models across medallion layers, develop semantic models, and deliver Snowflake-based data applications for BI and AI consumption.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on dbt and Snowflake experience, strong SQL, and data warehousing knowledge to empower business users with reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Hands-on dbt development in production.
• Strong SQL skills and Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dbt models across medallion layers in production.
• Build Snowflake-native data applications using Streamlit.
• Design semantic models and data pipelines for BI and AI consumers.
• Optimize query performance and manage data quality.
• Collaborate with BI analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements.
