Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Snowflake and Python Data Engineer Lead (Onshore) for Hartford, CT (Onsite). The role requires deep expertise in Snowflake cloud, Python, and SnowSQL with 10–14 years of experience leading large enterprise data projects.

You will develop ETL pipelines, ingest data from CSV/JSON/XML, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Strong SQL and Snowflake skills are essential, along with collaboration across teams and basic insurance domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Snowflake features: writing complex queries, stored procedures, UDFs, etc.
• Programming languages: Python, SQL, SnowSQL – all mandatory.
• Experience with any ETL tool is acceptable.
• 10–14 years of experience as a technical lead in large-scale enterprise data projects.

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors such as skill set, experience, education, and training. Depending on the position, additional compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation such as an annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive pay, and other variable compensation.
