Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; two years may substitute for one year of the requirement.
• Three to five years of data engineering or Snowflake development experience.
• SnowPro Core Certification obtainable within 90 days of assignment.
• Preferred: dbt Analytics Engineering Certification; AWS or Azure data fundamentals.
• Required skills: Snowflake SQL; data loading and transformation; data modeling fundamentals; Git; Agile delivery.
• Preferred: dbt; Python scripting; cloud storage integration; data quality tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ELT pipelines, transformations, and scheduled tasks.
• Write and tune SQL queries and stored procedures against defined specifications.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
• Document data lineage, transformation logic, and operational runbooks.
