Job summary

Capgemini in the United States seeks a Snowflake AI Data Engineer/Lead to drive Snowflake-native AI, GenAI, and advanced data engineering on AWS. You will own Snowflake architecture and lead integration pipelines with Talend, Snowpipe, and other tools.

You'll guide SQL, Python, and ELT transformations, enable AI/ML workflows with Snowpark, and collaborate with offshore teams to deliver scalable, secure data platforms for enterprise use cases such as claims triage and risk analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Snowflake and Cortex AI.
• Hands-on expertise with Snowpark (Python) and Talend ETL.
• Proven leadership in Snowflake architecture and scalable data platforms.
• Deep experience in ELT pipelines and real-time/batch data integration.
• Experience enabling AI/ML workloads within Snowflake environments.

Responsibilities

• Design Cortex-driven AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, vector search and RAG.
• Enable AI copilots, semantic search, and intelligent analytics on enterprise data.
• Own Snowflake platform architecture: schemas, views, streams, tasks, Snowpipes.
• Enforce performance optimization via warehouse sizing, clustering, and query tuning.
• Lead data pipelines using Talend, Qlik Replicate, and Snowpipe.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and schema evolution.
• Guide SQL, Python, and ELT transformations; enable AI/ML workflows with Snowpark.
• Deliver AI-driven use cases: claims triage, fraud detection, risk scoring, pricing analytics.
