Qualifications

• Willingness to learn
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have contemporary ski or snowboard equipment and outer-wear
• Confident skiing/riding ability on beginner terrain as a minimum

Responsibilities

• Teach ski/snowboard skill development both in group and private lesson settings while providing friendly and respectful customer service
• Create and participate in a positive and inclusive workplace
• Have a working knowledge of Mt. Baker Ski Area mountain policies and procedures
• Familiarity of ski area facilities and services available
• Perform duties as trained
