Beary Landscaping in Aurora, IL is seeking a Snow Sidewalk Crew Leader to supervise a team and ensure high-quality snow removal for residential and commercial properties. You will plan crew schedules, lead daily safety talks, and adapt methods to changing winter conditions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in snow removal and 2+ years leading crews, with strong communication and the ability to work long hours in extreme weather. Beary Landscaping values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Description

As a Snow Sidewalk Crew Leader, your main focus is to complete and supervise team members in the day-to-day grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction of our residents. Snow Removal duties will require use of blower, snowplow, snow shovel, and seasonal related equipment.

• Completing weekly safety talks to crew members and daily safety tailgate talks to crew.
• Ability to adapt and adjust work methods to account for weather conditions and obstacles.
