Description

As a Snow Sidewalk Crew Leader, your main focus is to complete and supervise team members in the day-to-day grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction of our residents. Snow Removal duties will require use of blower, snowplow, snow shovel, and seasonal related equipment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervising crews by providing leadership, direction, and support.
• Planning and managing the full schedules of all team members.
• Completing weekly safety talks to crew members and daily safety tailgate talks to crew.
• Ability to adapt and adjust work methods to account for weather conditions and obstacles.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with snow removal (commercial and residential).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading crew members with success providing direction, training and support to crew members.
• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours in extreme weather conditions.
