Beary Landscaping is seeking Snow Crew Members for the winter season to reliably remove snow and ice from commercial, municipal, and residential properties. You will operate shovels, snow blowers and assist with applying de-icer while maintaining safety and performing light equipment support.

The role requires physical endurance in cold weather, ability to work long hours during major weather events, and a team-oriented approach. On-call shifts, including overnights and weekends, are expected.

Formación

• Prior snow removal or landscaping experience preferred but not required — training provided.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; reliable transportation required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability — must be dependable during storms.
• Ability to work in cold, snowy, and icy weather for extended periods.
• Team player who takes direction well and communicates clearly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be available for on-call work during snow and ice events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Able to work long hours during major weather events.
• You must wear proper winter and safety gear provided or approved by Beary Landscaping.

• Report any safety hazards, property damage, or equipment issues immediately.
• Help clean and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment before and after snow events.
