Donovan Property Service, Inc. is hiring snow shovelers for the 2026-2027 winter season to keep sidewalks and entrances clear and safe.

You’ll join a crew under a site supervisor, with shifts called on short notice during storms, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays. No experience or driver’s license is required, but you must be at least 18, capable of lifting 50 pounds, and have reliable transportation to the region.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or license required; a driver’s license is a plus.
• Must lift and carry at least 50 pounds repeatedly during a shift.
• Seasonal, on-call shifts with unpredictable hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the region for short-notice shifts.
• Proper boots, gloves, and cold-weather clothing for every shift.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Donovan Property Service is hiring Snow Shovelers for the 2026-2027 winter season. Help keep customers' properties safe and accessible by clearing snow and ice from walkways, entrances, stairs, and other pedestrian areas. You’ll work as part of a crew under a site supervisor or equipment operator. No experience or driver’s license is required. This is seasonal, on-call, weather-dependent work, with shifts called on short notice during active storms, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Expect physically demanding outdoor work in cold, snowy, icy, and low-visibility conditions for extended periods.
