Donovan Property Service is hiring Snow Shovelers for the 2026–2027 winter season in [REGION]. Join a crew clearing sidewalks, entrances, stairs, and other pedestrian areas to help keep customers' properties safe and accessible during winter storms.

This is seasonal, on-call work with shifts that may be called on short notice and include nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. No experience or driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; a driver's license is a plus but is not required.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds repeatedly during a shift and perform physical work outdoors in winter conditions for extended periods.
• Available for seasonal, on-call shifts with unpredictable hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to [region/depot address], including when shifts are called on short notice.
• Proper boots, gloves, and cold-weather clothing for every shift.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Manually clear snow and ice from sidewalks, entryways, stairs, and other pedestrian areas.
• Apply salt and de-icing materials by hand as directed.
• Work with a crew under the direction of a site supervisor or equipment operator.
• Arrive prepared for every shift with proper boots, gloves, and cold-weather clothing.
• Report on-site hazards and safety concerns to the crew lead.
