Job summary

Western Lehigh Services is seeking part-time, seasonal roles for the upcoming winter season (November 2026 to April 2027) in Allentown, PA. Positions include Sidewalk Technicians/General Labor, Plow/Salt Drivers, and Equipment Operators.

For the upcoming November 2026 to April 2027 winter season, Western Lehigh Services is looking for part-time, seasonal:

• Equipment (Wheel Loader, Skid Steer, Backhoe) Operators

Hourly rate between $28/hr - $45/hr based on job responsibilities. End of Season Performance Incentives!!!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Remove/shovel ice and snow from roads, sidewalks and assigned areas, which require early morning starts, extended hours, and weekend duty including holidays. This includes salt applications as needed.

Responds in a timely manner when called to assist in snow removal/salting.

Ensure that areas under responsibility of this position are adequately and safely plowed/cleared/salted when required.

Follows all safety rules, policies, and regulations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reports all incidents including equipment's functioning to Supervisor(s).

You must have your own transportation and previous experience in snow removal.
