Job summary

A local snow removal service in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is seeking team members to safely remove snow during winter storm events. Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining professionalism, and completing tasks efficiently. Candidates must be reliable and able to work in cold conditions. Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently remove snow from driveways, sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and walkways
• Operate equipment such as:
• Snow blowers
• Walk-behind and tailgate salters
• Shovels and ice scrapers
• Spread salt/ice melt according to site requirements
• Follow assigned routes and complete work within time expectations
• Communicate with crew leaders and dispatch during storms
• Complete pre- and post-storm equipment checks
• Maintain professionalism with clients and property managers

Requirements

• Must be available during winter storm events (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team
