Operate equipment such as:
Snow blowers
Walk-behind and tailgate salters
Shovels and ice scrapers
Spread salt/ice melt according to site requirements
Follow assigned routes and complete work within time expectations
Communicate with crew leaders and dispatch during storms
Complete pre- and post-storm equipment checks
Maintain professionalism with clients and property managers
