Schill Grounds Management is seeking dependable subcontractors for the 2026-2027 winter season to support commercial snow removal operations across Central Ohio. Subcontractors should have heavy equipment and be ready to respond to snow events, including overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays.

Applicants must provide a current COI and have reliable transportation to assigned properties. This is seasonal, on-call 1099 work with potential area coverage in Marion, Columbus, Delaware,

• Experience with commercial snow removal.
• Own or access to reliable heavy equipment.
• Provide a current COI as part of contract requirements.
• Reliable transportation to assigned properties.

Responsabilités

• Seasonal, on-call snow removal subcontractor work during winter months.
• Respond quickly and safely to snow events.
• Operate heavy equipment (plows, skid steers, wheel loaders, tractors) per job needs.
• Cover our Central Ohio areas: Columbus, Delaware, Findlay, Bowling Green, Marion.

Schill Grounds Management is looking to add more Snow Removal Subcontractors for 2026-2027 winter season!

We are looking for dependable, reliable subcontractors to support our commercial snow removal operations throughout the winter season.

The service areas for our Central Ohio Columbus Region are below. Please specify which area you would be able to potentially cover when we connect with you along with the heavy equipment that you can provide with your snow service.

• Columbus
• Delaware
• Findlay
• Bowling Green
• Marion

Ideal Subcontractor

• Previous experience with commercial snow removal and heavy equipment operation.
• Owns or has access to reliable heavy equipment suitable for snow removal.
• Experienced operatingplows,skid steers, wheel loaders, tractors, or similar equipment.
• Reliable and responsive during snow events.
• Available for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday snow events.
• Able to work safely in winter weather conditions.
• Maintains equipment in safe, reliable working condition.
• Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) as part of the assigned contract.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned properties.
• Must be able to meet all applicable subcontractor and contract requirements.

This is seasonal, on-call 1099 subcontractor work. When the snow comes, we need experienced operators who are ready to respond.
