Job summary

Schill Grounds Management is seeking experienced Snow Removal Subcontractors for the 2026-2027 winter season in Columbus, OH. This is a seasonal, on-call 1099 subcontractor role requiring reliable heavy equipment operators who can respond to snow events and cover specified Central Ohio areas.

Ideal candidates own or have access to snow removal equipment such as plows, skid steers, wheel loaders or tractors.

Qualifications

• Owns or has access to reliable heavy equipment for snow removal.
• Experience with commercial snow removal operations.
• Must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide snow removal services during winter events.
• Respond to snow events overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate heavy equipment on assigned properties and ensure safety.

Schill Grounds Managementis looking to add more Snow Removal Subcontractors for 2026-2027 winter season!

We are looking for dependable, reliable subcontractors to support our commercial snow removal operations throughout the winter season.

The service areas for our Central Ohio Columbus Region are below.Please specify which area you would be able to potentially cover when we connect with you along with the heavy equipment that you can provide with your snow service.

Ideal Subcontractor

• Previous experience with commercial snow removal and heavy equipment operation.
• Owns or has access to reliable heavy equipment suitable for snow removal.
• Experienced operatingplows,skid steers, wheel loaders, tractors, or similar equipment.
• Reliable and responsive during snow events.
• Available for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday snow events.
• Able to work safely in winter weather conditions.
• Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) as part of the assigned contract.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned properties.
• Must be able to meet all applicable subcontractor and contract requirements.

This is seasonal, on-call 1099 subcontractor work. When the snow comes, we need experienced operators who are ready to respond.
