• Communicate with dispatch to receive assignments and report progress or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with teammates and support staff to optimize snow removal efforts.
• Adjust plowing strategies based on road and weather conditions.
• Operate auxiliary equipment such as salt spreaders and de-icers as needed.
