• Safety compliance: follow safety regulations and use PPE.
• Communication: update dispatch with assignments and progress.
• Record keeping: document work performed with the service verification app.
• Team collaboration: coordinate with other operators and staff for efficient snow removal.
• Safe operation: adjust techniques based on road/condition factors.
• Auxiliary equipment: operate salt spreaders and other tools when needed.
• Training: participate in safety and equipment handling sessions.
