Job summary

The Hatch Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plow Truck Driver to join our winter operations team in Massachusetts. You will operate and maintain snow plow trucks and related equipment, and provide reliable snow removal services for roadways and lots during storms.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL with endorsements, have 1–2 years of heavy equipment experience, and a strong safety record. We offer competitive wages and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with endorsements in good standing.
• 1–2 years experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of snow removal techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in adverse weather and irregular hours during snow events.
• Strong communication and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent driving record and commitment to safety.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Preferred: Skid Steer, Front-Loader and Snow Plowing experience.
• Preferred: Mass Hoisting License.
• Preferred: OSHA10+.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain snow plow trucks and equipment.
• Clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and designated areas.
• Follow established routes and schedules for snow removal.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond to snow events promptly.
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck/equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Assist with other winter maintenance tasks such as salting and sanding.
