Job summary

The Hatch Group, Inc. is seeking dependable Snow Removal Equipment Operators to clear snow from commercial properties and parking areas in Massachusetts. You will operate loaders and skid steers, follow site snow plans, and maintain safety on busy sites during storms.

This on-call, seasonal role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with potential for full-time work after the season. A valid Massachusetts hydraulics license and safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders, skid steers or comparable heavy equipment safely.
• Ability to follow site snow plans and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance for all snow events and shifts.
• Clear communication with supervisors and crew members.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, skid steers and other snow-removal equipment to clear lots and drive lanes.
• Stack and relocate snow while maintaining access, visibility and drainage.
• Coordinate with plow operators and crews to complete service efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and report issues or hazards promptly.
