Job summary

The Hatch Group, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a dependable Snow Plow Truck Driver for the winter season. This on-call role requires availability for all storms, including nights and weekends, and involves operating a company plow truck on assigned routes.

Expect safe winter driving, clear communications, and adherence to policies. A take-home truck may be provided for active participation, subject to company rules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for the assigned vehicle and clean driving record.
• Experience safely operating a plow truck.
• DOT medical card is required.
• Availability for all snowstorms throughout the winter season.
• Ability to drive safely in snow, ice, and reduced visibility.
• Ability to follow routes, site maps, and supervisor directions.
• A mobile phone to receive and respond to communications.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow routes and site priorities provided by Territory Manager.
• Drive safely between sites and perform snow removal per plans.
• Plow parking lots, drive lanes, and designated areas.
• Apply salt or ice management as instructed.
• Coordinate with equipment operators and crews.
• Record time worked and services using company systems.
• Attend preseason orientation and safety trainings.
