Job description

Titan, LLC is hiring Snow Shovelers for Winter 2025-2026 Season

We provide Snow Removal Services for several commercial properties all over Anchorage and Eagle River. This position is on‑call and determined by weather conditions. We have shifts available for night time and day time routes.

There is no prior experience necessary. Requirements for the position include

• Winter wear snow gear and snow boots – to keep warm and dry
• Smart phone to enter payroll hours and receive notifications of events
• Reliable transportation to and from work (most of the work is late at night when the buses do not run, bicycles would not work either)

Starting pay is $17.00-22.00 per hour for winter shoveling crews and $22.00-$27.00 per hour if you have experience leading a crew and also an operator of small equipment such as skid steers and sweepers.

Candidates that can drive a company pick‑up truck to tow a trailer with sidewalk equipment will be given higher starting hourly rates.
