Qualifications

  • Dependable and punctual with ability to respond to winter events.

  • Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly.

  • Valid driver\'s license required for equipment operator roles.
  • Entry-level roles require no prior experience and training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Clear snow by hand from walkways, steps, and entrances.
  • Apply ice-melt and salt for safety.
  • Operate plow trucks or skid-steers for snow removal (for qualified operators).
  • Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal.

Responsibilities
  • Clear snow by hand from walkways, steps, building entrances, and other areas where equipment cannot reach
  • Apply ice-melt and salt to maintain safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles
  • Operate plow trucks or skid-steers to remove snow from commercial lots, driveways, and roadways (for qualified operators)
  • Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as required
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal for all assigned areas
Qualifications
  • Dependable and punctual, with the ability to respond quickly when winter storms occur
  • Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and sometimes challenging weather conditions
  • Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift

Compensation
