Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate resort vehicles.
• Safe and efficient use of snow-removal and grounds equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and maintain attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow and ice removal from parking lots, roads, sidewalks, and entrances.
• Operate snowplows, loaders, snow blowers, and other equipment as assigned.
• Apply sand, salt, and ice melt to reduce hazards and monitor conditions.
• Maintain walkways and access to guest areas, facilities, and exits.
• Inspect equipment and report any issues; keep maintenance records.
• Assist with general grounds maintenance and seasonal outdoor tasks.
