Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of snow grooming experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency operating snowcats in varied terrain and snow conditions.
• Strong understanding of snow science, grooming techniques, and mountain operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise grooming staff, recruit and develop talent.
• Plan and execute nightly and daytime grooming operations.
• Oversee grooming fleet maintenance and inspections.
• Enforce safety policies and incident investigations.
• Assist with budgeting, records, payroll, and performance metrics.
