Job summary

Decisive Point Consulting Group is seeking a Snow Developer for a six-month, full-time temporary assignment. The role is 100% remote in the US with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.

You will design, build, and deploy a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and Jira. The ideal candidate holds ServiceNow CAD certification and has hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Jira workflows, and secure SDLC-aligned architectures to deliver a scalable

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and webhook frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jira project structure, workflows, and service accounts.
• Ability to design scalable integration architectures meeting security and SDLC standards.

Essential Functions:

Currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month effort. A ServiceNow Developer with Certified Application Developer (CAD) credentials will design, build, and deploy a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and Jira. This role focuses on creating a scalable, secure connector that synchronizes incidents, demands, change requests, and other work items across both platforms.

Required Experience:

• ServiceNow CAD certification and hands-on experience building custom applications on the Now Platform.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, webhook frameworks, authentication models, and cross-platform data mapping.
• Familiarity with Jira's project structure, issue data models, workflows, and service account configurations.
• Ability to design scalable integration architectures that meet enterprise security, governance, and SDLC standards.
