On-call, part-time shifts are common during snow events, with emphasis on safety and reliability. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, stamina to work in extreme conditions, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or job site and a clean MVR.
• Proactive safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team performing snow removal for designated areas.
• Operate heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions.
• Safely apply de-icing solutions and chemicals.
• Work extended hours during snow events, including nights.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company standards.
