Yellowstone Landscape in Plainfield, IL seeks a Snow Crew Leader to supervise a crew providing professional snow removal services. You will oversee snow removal tasks during all hours in diverse outdoor weather, ensuring attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, applying de-icers, and performing physically demanding work in cold, icy conditions. This role is part-time/on-call for weather events and requires reliable transportation and a valid MVR.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site; valid MVR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal for designated areas.
• Operate heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions.
• Distribute de-icing solutions safely and properly.
• Perform physically demanding work in cold, snowy weather.
• Know proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders.
• Apply chemical treatments as required.
• Part-time/on-call for weather events 24/7.
• Other duties as assigned.
