Job summary

Yellowstone is seeking a Snow Crew Leader to supervise a team performing professional snow removal for clients. Duties include operating equipment, applying de-icing solutions, and completing tasks in all weather, day and night.

This part-time/on-call role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record. You will work 24/7 during weather events with top safety gear and professional equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.
• Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass an MVR.
• Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal for designated areas.
• Operate heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions for clients.
• Distribute de-icing solutions.
• Perform highly physical work in all weather conditions.
• Supervise a team providing snow removal services.
• Other duties as assigned.
