Job summary

Westbury Jackson Center for Nursing and Healing in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Experienced Nursing Home Scheduler to join our team and optimize staffing in the long-term care setting. You will partner with Department Heads and Supervisors to manage labor, minimize overtime, and reduce agency usage through smart scheduling.

As Scheduling Manager, you will ensure adequate nursing staffing at all times, support financial and operating goals, and act as the primary center contact for Labor Management

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling for a long-term care facility is required.
• Scheduler experience is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Nursing Home Scheduler for a great opportunity.

Job Summary:

We arelooking for a dynamic scheduler/staffing coordinator to join the team and act as the nursing center contact for all Center Department Heads and Supervisors in Labor Management Policy, Process, and Supporting Technology. You will control the Nursing Department labor spend to minimize overtime and agency usage through effective scheduling strategies and ensure adequate nursing staffing at all times. Bring your management skills to Buckhead Center for Nursing where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing clinical, financial, and human resources operating results as a Scheduling Manager.
