Job summary

The role involves assessing and treating speech and language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Candidates should hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, have relevant licensure, and preferably possess experience in a SNF setting. A comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay of $42-47 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, preferably in a SNF setting.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of residents' speech and language abilities.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech and language skills.
• Educate residents and families on strategies to improve communication.
