Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of CA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position with days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

• 1 year of recent PT experience in SNF/LTC.
• Current PT license in CA or in process.
