Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of MD to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule. The role requires the PT to deliver high-quality patient care while aligning with the organization’s vision, values and critical goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent PT experience in SNF/LTC.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of MD or in process.
