Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of CA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule and benefits designed to support professional credentialing and ongoing licensure requirements.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) in SNF/LTC settings required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for CA licensure.
