Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, manage stock and replenishment, and uphold the store’s brand and overall appearance.

You will build relationships with customers, participate in promotions, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations with enthusiasm for sneakers and streetwear culture.

This role requires weekend shifts, a neat appearance, and the physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light loads.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Actively participate in promotions and sales incentive programs.
• Maintain selling skills and customer service standards.
• Develop relationships with customers and answer the phone professionally.
• Meet store appearance, product knowledge and operations standards.
• Assist management to maintain the store and keep floors neat.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays presentable.
• Assist with markdowns and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Follow security policies and report theft or loss.
• Monitor for shortages and alert management.
